Technical Support Update

by Chris McGinnes

I hope this update finds you all in good spirits. It’s been a busy quarter here, and I’m excited to share some updates with you all.

Firstly, I’m thrilled to announce that RAD’s Online Quarterly Technical Training is coming up soon. This training will focus on data processing applications, specifically Circuit Emulation Services over Packet Switched
Network. It’s important for us to stay current with the latest trends and technologies in our industry, and this training will help us do just that. I’m looking forward to learning and growing together as a team.

I also want to take a moment to recognize some outstanding achievements within our team. Mark has successfully completed interoperability testing for a replacement of an obsolete product, which is a significant accomplishment. Well done, Mark! Your dedication and hard work are greatly appreciated.

I would also like to acknowledge Jeremy for his excellent troubleshooting and management skills in resolving issues on a Critical Infrastructure Project rollout. Your expertise and commitment to efficiency are invaluable to our team’s success.

David has been diligently organizing health and safety training and preparing for our upcoming audit, which will be conducted onsite. Maintaining a safe and secure work environment is crucial, and David’s efforts in this area are commendable. Thank you, David, for your dedication to keeping our team and workplace safe.

Lastly, Craig has been busy supporting Seimens with the roll out of ML6688’s while also juggling ITP Transformer builds for Telent. Your multitasking skills and commitment to meeting deadlines are commendable, Craig.

I want to express my gratitude to all of you for your hard work and dedication to our team’s success. Let’s continue to push forward and achieve great things together. Here’s to a productive and successful quarter ahead!
